Dr. Larry Wilson on Adrenal Fatigue and More

I found this interview with Dr. Wilson a few weeks ago. It's from a site called liveto110.com. Dr. Wilson speaks about nutritional balancing, toxic metals, brain fog, adrenal fatigue and more.

A few years back I'd worked with one of his colleagues, and found the program quite helpful. I wrote about some of my experience here. This interview has a lot of great information about why so many of us are ill, and what to do about it. Hair tissue mineral analysis is also discussed. Below is one of my hair tests. And as Dr. Wilson often says, you have to use a lab that doesn't wash the hair! He likes to use Analytical Research Labs.

Here is Dr. Wilson's article on the benefits of (near) infrared saunas, one of my favorite parts of his protocol. Yes, you can sweat out lots of toxins in a homemade sauna. Although tonight I noticed that he changed the article from when I first read it. Now the beginning states:

Never spend more than 20 minutes in a near infrared lamp sauna unless you are on a complete nutritional balancing program based on a properly performed and properly interpreted hair mineral analysis.  The reason is the sauna can cause profound changes in body chemistry.  These are normal, but if the body is very out of balance, which is common, too much sauna use could further upset your body chemistry resulting in serious symptoms.

You've been warned! I shall heed this myself, since I no longer am on the complete nutritional balancing program.

I will say that when I was doing nightly saunas a few years back, boy did I get exhausted and depressed in the beginning! They are powerful detoxifiers and can stir stuff up for sure. But I could always count on feeling relaxed, calm and warm after each one.

Let us know what you think of Dr. Wilson's perspective from the audio above!
